MEET OUR FOUNDER: DENISHA CLEARY
I didn't become a designer because I planned to.
I became one because nobody could get my vision right.
THE ORIGIN — 2015
I started a beauty brand and couldn’t find a designer who understood what I saw for it. So I taught myself. Not because I wanted a career change, but because I needed someone who could translate the vision clearly and intentionally.
Turns out that person was me.
THE ACCIDENT — 2018
What started as solving my own problem turned into a business. People noticed. Then asked. Then hired me. That's how Denisha C. Designs officially opened. Not from a plan, but from doing it for myself first.
THE FREELANCE YEARS — 2018 to 2025
For years I operated quietly. No ads. No constant posting.
Just referrals, word of mouth, and work that spoke for itself.
The business grew entirely on reputation.
THE RENAISSANCE — 2026
Everything is evolving.
Freelancer becoming studio.
Designer becoming strategic partner.
My own online presence being rebuilt intentionally, in real time.
